Boxing Routine Three


  1. 2 mile run
  2. 20 reps of 8kg weights on each arm x3
  3. 2 rounds of skipping
  4. 2 rounds of bag work
  5. 2 rounds of shadow boxing (hold a 2kg weight in each hand)
  6. 5 minutes of power punching (non stop punching for 20 seconds take a 20 second break then start again)

Each round is 3 minutes long unless stated otherwise.
