Boxing Routine Three
- 2 mile run
- 20 reps of 8kg weights on each arm x3
- 2 rounds of skipping
- 2 rounds of bag work
- 2 rounds of shadow boxing (hold a 2kg weight in each hand)
- 5 minutes of power punching (non stop punching for 20 seconds take a 20 second break then start again)
Each round is 3 minutes long unless stated otherwise.
