Is Pornography Wrong?
I was thinking today in my bed about pornography and whether or not it’s right. I was thinking on reasons people watch and what consequences it may have etc and I could not come to a fixed conclusion. Below I will list some good and bad things it can provide.
Good
- If someone is very lonely and watches pornography and it helps their loneliness is it really a bad thing. Really all it has done is help the person.
- Someone may get pleasure out of watching or looking at pornography therefore they have become happy.
- It can expand your own imagination in a sexual manor.
- It can give you ideas for sexual intercourse with your partner.
Bad
- This may make your partner self conscious and she might think she is not good enough for you because your looking at other woman.
- May influence some people to commit forced sex (Rape).
- Can infect a young persons mind and mentally scar them.
- Can make you feel lonely because you want someone to be intimate with.
Personally I do not have a fixed view on Pornography if it does good for the person then there is no harm but if not then obviously its not a good thing. I would like to hear your ideas on pornography so it would be nice if you could leave a comment and I will add your views into the post.

Nothing influences someone to commit rape. They do that on their own and look for excuses. I wouldn’t say it “infects” a young persons mind. A young persons mind once they hit puberty is about sex 24/7 anyway as I recall my own youth. What I can say is that, in any instance, it’s illegal for a youth to view pornography. As for the feeling lonely, that exists with or without stimulation at that point.
However what it CAN do is desensitize the brain to an extent. When your looking at naked bodies having intercourse how sensitive will your mind, and body over time, be to actual intercourse?
I wouldn’t say it’s a major danger, I’d say though if you find yourself becoming desensitized definitely take a break. On the other side of that, for men, it could be an invaluable tool for learning to control your own erections and prevent premature orgasm.

You make an interesting point about it being illegal for kids to watch pornography and I agree with you but the problem with it on the net is that wether is a kid is 16, 17 or even 7 all you need to do is press the button that says im 18. So really these sites are not very secure as anyone can go into it at any age.

Toning Up Circuit
10 Push ups
10 squats
10 star jumps
10 sit ups
10 side sit ups
10 tuck jumps
10 pike jumps
10 squat thrusts
10 jumping jacks
10 knuckle push ups
Do this circuit 5 times once you finish one circuit take a minute break.
Boxing Routine Three
- 2 mile run
- 20 reps of 8kg weights on each arm x3
- 2 rounds of skipping
- 2 rounds of bag work
- 2 rounds of shadow boxing (hold a 2kg weight in each hand)
- 5 minutes of power punching (non stop punching for 20 seconds take a 20 second break then start again)
Each round is 3 minutes long unless stated otherwise.

Tai-Da’s library is a great site and i feel lots of people could benefit from reading the pieces posted on the site. It has wonderful teachings and great life lessons which people could follow to cheer themselves up and feel better in life. Some of the posts that aren’t lessons are just very interesting and nonetheless beneficial to all readers. The site has a variety of information and pictures for people to look at and enjoy. Overall Tai-Da’s library is a very good site and we are all privileged to have such a site on the internet.

The Creation of Life
I have been thinking over the past little while about life and when does life begin. There are many theories and views on this. This post I am going to try and get the people who view the site involved. Anyone who would like to put their views in are very welcome to email me or leave a comment and I will add your part onto the post.
I believe that life is formed at the point of conception. However I believe life begins before this. Energy cannot be created therefore it cannot be destroyed therefore life is there before the point of conception.
This is a very complicated topic and I have said little as I have not given my own thought in this to much. Anyone interested in putting their views in feel free to leave a comment or send me an email etc.

Tai’s Reply : “I can see life starting before. I mean ye at that point the sperm meets the egg and goes from there but what if the energy used to create the life was there before conception? Since energy cant be destroyed it cannot be created only altered, this would suggest that life begins before conception”

- 2 rounds of exercises e.g squats, pushups, sit ups, tuck jumps
- 3 rounds of sparring
Each round is 3 minutes. After each round have a 1 – 2 minute break to get some water and all.
